HoYeon Jung’s beauty and fitness regime, revealed: the Squid Game star and new Lancôme brand ambassador swears by Korean sheet masks, acupressure, Pilates – and striving for inner peace

Since appearing in Netflix’s global hit Squid Game in 2021, Jung Ho-yeon (also known as HoYeon Jung) has truly become a household name.

Besides her acting prowess, Jung also happens to be one of Korea’s top models having worked with fashion houses from Chanel and Fendi to Louis Vuitton, graced numerous magazine covers and scored plenty of brand endorsements thanks to her natural beauty and svelte figure.

Recently, the Screen Actor Guild winner added another feather to her cap by becoming Lancôme’s latest global ambassador, joining A-list stars Lily Collins, Zendaya and Amanda Seyfried, reports WWD.

As a new global sensation, fans can’t get enough of Jung’s beauty and style, with many online wondering out loud how she looks flawless 24/7 and keeps that toned figure. Here’s what we know about her beauty and fitness regimens.

Simple skincare

During her heyday as a flame-haired runway model in 2016, Jung shared her skincare routine with Vogue. She explained she has a minimalistic approach to skincare, using only a few trusted products and avoiding complicated routines. Her skincare game includes toner, essence and moisturiser customised from Clinique Korea. However, she gave an interview to British Vogue more recently and had added a serum and eye cream to her routine – specifically Lancôme’s Advanced Genifique Serum.

Her simple yet effective routine involves applying toner with a cotton pad, followed by serum, moisturiser, and finishing it off with eye cream.

“Out of all those stages, serum is the most important for me, because that’s when you can really charge the hydration levels in your skin. Toners smooth out the skin, serums are for hydration, and then the cream creates a protective wall,” she said.
